Prime Central London | Up to £42,000A highly respected, long-established Prime Central London estate agency is seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to join its office located in prime central London.
This is an opportunity to join a boutique, service-driven business with an excellent reputation across Chelsea and the surrounding areas. Known for delivering a personalised, high-touch service to landlords and tenants, the company manages a strong portfolio of quality residential properties and prides itself on professionalism, standards and long-term client relationships.
The Role You will take responsibility for a well-structured portfolio of fully managed properties and non-managed, working within a supportive team across Lettings & Property Management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Day-to-day management of residential properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Overseeing maintenance and compliance
- Managing renewals and tenancy matters
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards

- Salary up to £42,000
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (no hybrid)
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Office closed between Christmas & New Year (in addition to annual leave)
