Medical Information (Customer Service) specialist - Swedish Speaker

12‑month contract | 37 hrs/week | Hybrid (Surrey – 2.5 days onsite)

This could be a fantastic opportunity to join a global medical information team supporting healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.

The Role

As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

• Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, webform, live chat, or mail
• Provide accurate, high‑quality medical and technical information in Swedish
• Document inquiries and responses in line with SOPs and regulatory standards
• Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints
• Support second‑line activities such as escalation management and content creation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for country‑specific medical information needs

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Degree in a life science or healthcare field
• 1–2 years’ experience in medical information or a related area (preferred)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish (C2/native) and English
• Ability to work with accuracy, clarity, and compliance

Preferred:

• Pharmacy degree
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
