Senior Technical Coordinator – Central London

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

Our client is a leading UK Residential developer with a national presence and a large landbank of brownfields sites in London.

They have recently achieved gateway approval for a new scheme, a 280‑unit residential scheme as part of a major multi‑phase development, including private sale and supported living as well commercial units.

Overview

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team on a large 280‑unit RC frame residential scheme in Central London. This is a key role within a high‑profile, multi‑phase regeneration project.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• Experience working for a residential developer or a main contractor.
• Strong background delivering major RC frame residential projects.
• Ability to coordinate design information, manage consultants, and support technical delivery on site.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and design management processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate design information between consultants and the site team.
• Ensure technical compliance throughout the build cycle.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Support planning, procurement, and delivery phases.
• Resolve technical issues and drive efficient construction methods.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams.
