This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading global Employee Benefits Consultancy who are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join their Corporate Consulting team.


The opportunity


You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate Group Risk and Healthcare clients, providing high quality consulting advice and ongoing service. The role combines deep technical expertise with commercial responsibility, relationship management and business development offering real scope to shape client outcomes and grow your profile in the market.


Key responsibilities

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of corporate healthcare and protection clients
  • Ensuring revenue is profitable and identifying opportunities to expand services
  • Building strong, trusted client relationships and winning new business
  • Identifying new opportunities through your client portfolio and professional network
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver against agreed client account plans
  • Ensuring services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and internal professional standards
  • Partnering with support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Group Risk and Healthcare Consulting (essential)
  • Strong commercial mindset and approach
  • Excellent consulting and relationship management capability
  • Good technical, product and process knowledge
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and themes impacting corporate clients

This is a hybrid working model, based from offices in London or West Sussex, with an expectation of spending 2-3 days per week in the office.
