Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Uncapped 40% Commission + Equity Potential

The Offer:

• Salary: Up to £50,000 basic.
• Commission: Up to 40% with NO thresholds and NO cap PLUS added quarterly and annual bonuses.
• The Proof: Our first trainee has just started his 3rd year and is on track to bill £575k. Our top Perm consultant hit the 40% bracket 3 times in 2025, earning £66k commission in those months alone.
