Compliance Monitoring Manager:

We are partnering with a leading International Bank specialising in trade finance, who are looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to lead their team of monitoring specialists. As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and evolution of the group's monitoring and testing program. You will act as a bridge between technical regulatory requirements and practical business application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a team of Compliance Officers, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
• Developing and maintaining a risk-based monitoring plan that covers all relevant regulatory jurisdictions.
• Presenting complex findings to senior leadership and advising on remediation strategies.
• Ensuring all reviews are conducted with rigor, documented accurately, and delivered on schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and developing a compliance team within the financial services sector.
• Deep knowledge of FCA regulations and experience implementing monitoring frameworks.
