Planner (Civils) Opportunity – Aviation Project

Circa £66,000 + 5% Welcome Bonus + £1000 Flex Allowance + up to 15% Bonus + Benefits West Sussex | Hybrid (3 days on site)

We are recruiting for our client to join a major aviation infrastructure programme ✈

Join a fast-paced environment delivering critical infrastructure upgrades — from airfield works and resurfacing to facilities expansion and security improvements.

Role Overview:

You’ll provide a full planning service across projects up to ~£50m, developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, analysing delays, and supporting recovery plans. Working closely with delivery teams, you’ll help coordinate sequencing, interfaces, and milestones within a live operational environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop & maintain integrated schedules in Primavera P6

• Monitor critical path activities, performance and progress

• Review contractor programmes and provide recommendations

• Support delay analysis and compensation event assessment

• Produce schedule, resource and performance reports

• Coordinate interfaces and sequencing with project teams

We’re looking for:

• Experience planning civils/infrastructure projects (£10m+ desirable)

• Strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills

• Understanding of NEC contracts and live operational environments

• Ability to analyse data, challenge programmes and support delivery teams
