Elite have partnered with an established luxury fragrance brand seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join their growing team.


As Ecommerce Specialist you will be responsible for executing and optimising CRM strategy and supporting end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple international websites and retail touchpoints. The role focuses on driving customer retention, enhancing omnichannel experience, and supporting operational excellence.


CRM & Marketing

  • Plan, build, test, deploy, and analyse email campaigns, automations, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Execute CRM strategy across online and in-store channels.
  • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support loyalty programme execution and omnichannel engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and retail teams on campaign planning and storytelling.
  • Support boutique events, launches, and personalised client engagement campaigns.


Customer Service & Operations

  • Oversee customer care agency performance and KPIs.
  • Support resolution of complex customer issues, disputes, and fraud cases.
  • Coordinate with finance and technical teams on month-end/year-end system reconciliations.
  • Liaise with warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Support stock coordination, packaging readiness, and new product launches.
  • Ensure operational alignment when website updates impact fulfilment processes.
  • Assist with marketplace account stock replenishment.


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or e-commerce (luxury, beauty, or premium retail preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify or similar).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data management best practices.
  • Experience with SAP or customer service platforms is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
