Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Associate

Manchester | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £90,000 DOE


A market-leading commercial litigation team in the North West is continuing to grow and is seeking to appoint an exceptional Commercial Litigation Solicitor in its Manchester office.


Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse and impressive client base that includes household-name corporates, international organisations, high-growth start-ups and established national brands.


High quality, challenging litigation


You will be involved in a broad range of high-value, complex and often business-critical disputes across multiple sectors. The work includes:


  • Complex breach of contract, warranty and indemnity disputes
  • Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Procurement litigation and supply-chain failures
  • High-value professional indemnity claims
  • Specialist disputes within the technology and fintech sectors


You will enjoy a high level of responsibility, regular client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.


Experienced applicants wanted


Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with 4 or more years’ PQE, gained within a boutique, national or international practice. You will be able to demonstrate:


  • A strong academic background and excellent technical litigation skills
  • Experience advising corporate and commercial clients
  • A pragmatic, commercially focused and solutions-driven approach
  • Ambition to contribute to the profile and expansion of a market-leading team
