Operations Manager

Agora Talent is looking for a Operations Manager

Job description

Senior Operations Manager

London (Hybrid)

£60k–£70k (DOE)

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing, premium consumer brand who are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of their end-to-end global fulfilment operation.

This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll act as the operational lead for eCommerce and wholesale fulfilment, managing international 3PL partners and ensuring every order reaches customers on time, accurately, and to a premium standard. As the business continues to scale across the UK, US, and EU, you’ll play a critical role in building processes that can support rapid growth while improving cost efficiency and performance.

This role blends operational strategy with day-to-day execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives on data, problem-solving, and accountability.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end fulfilment of all eCommerce and wholesale orders across multiple regions.
  • Lead and manage relationships with UK and US 3PL partners, holding them accountable to SLAs.
  • Monitor and optimise key fulfilment KPIs including OTIF, order accuracy, dispatch times, returns, and cost per order.
  • Run regular performance reviews and business reviews with 3PLs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build escalation and exception-management processes to resolve fulfilment issues quickly.
  • Oversee peak planning and capacity management for high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Design and implement scalable processes to support growth while maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Own returns and reverse logistics workflows, improving speed, cost, and customer experience.
  • Use data and insight to identify risks, improve efficiency, and deliver incremental performance gains.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in fulfilment or operations management within consumer goods, retail, fashion, beauty, or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience managing 3PL partners and improving service levels and costs.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with real ownership.
  • Highly data-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Calm, clear communicator who can influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience managing both eCommerce and wholesale fulfilment is highly desirable.
  • Systems experience (e.g. WMS, Shopify, ERP) is a strong advantage.
