Commercial Property Solicitor - Manchester

£60,000 - £80,000+ DOE

Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 200 Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Real Estate team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000+ DOE

They have a particular specialism in Commercial Property and advise on a wide range of matters that include acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, investment, development and corporate support to name a few.
