HAIL is partnering with a highly regarded private equity firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support a busy and high-performing investment team within a fast-paced deal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of international travel
- Meeting coordination and deal-related scheduling
- Acting as a proactive business partner to senior stakeholders
- Supporting a highly active investment and transaction environment
- Providing ad-hoc support across the wider team when required
Requirements:
- Experienced Executive Assistant, ideally within private equity, investment, or professional services
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
- Positive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
- A strong team contributor with a non-political approach
- Happy to work 5 days a week in the office
