Electronics Engineer – Bristol

We’re looking for an Electronics Engineer to join an innovative team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the design and development of cutting-edge electronic systems, supporting the creation of new products and technologies.

You’ll be part of a talented Electronics & Software team, working hands-on in the lab (with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate).

Medical device development experience is a must!

What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals and confidence with basic hand calculations
• Experience with 32-bit ARM microcontrollers (e.g. STM32) and/or FPGAs
• Knowledge of protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, BLE, USB, and Ethernet
• Understanding of PCB layout and low-power circuit design
• Good commercial awareness and time-management skills

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in a consultancy environment
• Compliance and testing knowledge (CE/FCC, EMC, radio, safety)
• Product development from concept through to manufacture
• Altium Designer experience
