£80,000 - £90,000

I’m supporting a leading UK defence and technology organisation with a significant maritime estate portfolio in the South of England.

They are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to take ownership of a major programme of construction and infrastructure projects across secure, operational sites.

This role carries full portfolio responsibility. From early business case development through to execution and handover, you will ensure delivery to time, cost and quality standards across refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and new builds.

You will also lead a team of Programme Managers and Senior Project Managers, driving delivery excellence and maintaining strong commercial control under NEC contracts.

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience leading complex construction or estate management programmes

• Strong NEC contract knowledge including management of change events

• Background in civil engineering, infrastructure or major building projects

• Experience operating in regulated, stakeholder heavy environments

• APM PMQ or equivalent. Chartered status desirable

This is a high impact leadership role supporting nationally significant maritime infrastructure within a secure defence environment.
