HR Advisor (Consultations)- Leeds

Salary up to £41,800 - 11 Weeks

Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Company who are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 11 weeks.

We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to support a large-scale temporary site closure programme, working closely with HRBPs and a wider transformation team. This is a hands-on role which will report into the People Lead, as a HR Advisor you will be:

• Lead and support employee consultations relating to a temporary site closure
• Conduct high-volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice to employees throughout the consultation process
• Support the movement of alternative sites, ensuring people impacts are managed effectively
• Work closely with the Transformation team and HRBPs to deliver a smooth and compliant process
• Manage and support employees across two different contractual arrangements
• Create and maintain FAQs and guidance materials to support advisors and ensure consistent messaging

To be successful in this role as a HR Advisor, you will:

• Have proven experience supporting consultations, change or transformation activity
• Be confident handling high volumes of employee queries and sensitive conversations
• Be immediately available or a short notice period
