Our client is expanding their market‑leading sustainability team and is seeking an Energy & Carbon Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality carbon consultancy across diverse portfolios nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive both technical delivery and strategic direction:

• Manage and quality‑assure a range of energy and carbon services
• Develop robust carbon reduction strategies tailored to complex estates.
• Advise clients on evidence-based target setting, KPI frameworks and performance tracking.
• Support commercial growth through bids, tenders and client proposals.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings and stakeholder sessions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in energy consultancy, carbon management or sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of UK legislation, compliance frameworks and carbon reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with GHG reporting, carbon footprinting and decarbonisation planning.
• Commercial awareness, particularly around bid writing and proposal support.
