Location: Central Manchester | Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Our client is a fast-growing online sportswear brand with big ambitions—and they’re looking for an experienced Technical Women's Activewear Designer to join their dynamic team in Manchester HQ.

What You’ll Do

Report directly to the Head of Design.

Research and apply trends in fabrics, colours, and shapes aligned with the brand identity.

Stay ahead of technical fabric innovations.

Plan and develop performance-driven ranges.

Collaborate with product development teams in China to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Oversee design-to-sample processes, ensuring commercial fit standards.

Contribute to photoshoot styling for product and lifestyle campaigns.

About You

3–4 years’ experience in sportswear/activewear design.

Strong conceptual and technical design skills.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.

Knowledge of technical fabrics and production processes.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Ability to travel for research and development.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (UK)

Location: Central Manchester, Head Office Based
