Quantity Surveyor | £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus | South West London

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major riverside residential development in South West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a flagship, multi-phase scheme delivering high-specification homes, premium resident amenities, and extensive public realm in one of London’s most desirable locations.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of key construction packages from procurement through to final account, working closely with the wider project and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts

• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports (CVRs)

• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

• Supporting value engineering and cost control initiatives

• Ensuring packages are delivered on budget and in line with commercial targets

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

• Experience working on residential developments (RC frame preferred)

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Package:

• £70,000 salary
