Proprietary Trader – High Frequency / Systematic

Location: London (flexible, with partial remote possible)

Our client, a leading brokerage house, with a very strong trading pedigree has built and developed a state-of-the-art technology and risk management platform. Following the success of their core equities business, they are now seeking to diversify into additional products and expand their trading team.

We are looking for experienced high-frequency systematic traders to join this dynamic environment. Opportunities exist across multiple products, with a strong focus on candidates who can bring proven strategies and a clear track record of profitability.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrable success as a systematic/high-frequency trader. This needs to be very recent, successful and 'real' within an Institutional environment (Not Trading for your own account or 'theoretical / backtested' outcomes)
• Strong quantitative and programming skills
• A track record in EQUITIES (high preference for next hire) or other liquid products (FX, futures, fixed income, commodities, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to new markets
• Team players keen to contribute to a growing, ambitious platform
