What You’ll Bring

  • Deep expertise in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy
  • Strong experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and reward design
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
  • A passion for making reward systems more equitable and impactful
  • Crucially, you must be trained or qualified in the Hay Group Methodology

Location & Travel
