The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Analyst to join a well-established, incredibly high-performing Real Estate team.

The Ideal candidate will be M&A professionals with 3 - 4 years of M&A / Corporate Finance deal execution experience from a Bank or Leading Advisory platform or from a Big 4 Corporate Finance M&A Team.

You’ll be at the heart of the deal process—originating, analysing, and executing transactions rather than working from the sidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Business Plans: Preparing, analysing, and explaining companies' historical and projected financial information and business plans.
  • Due Diligence Coordination: Performing and coordinating business due diligence to ensure that all relevant information is considered in decision-making.
  • Marketing & Presentations: Developing impactful marketing materials, such as management presentations and marketing pitches, tailored to different audiences and needs.
  • Valuation: Assisting in the valuation of companies and businesses, considering both financial and strategic perspectives.
  • M&A Engagement Support: Assisting in the marketing and planning of M&A engagements and contributing to the execution of active transactions.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Bringing creative solutions and fresh ideas to the table to overcome challenges and drive results.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Must have 3 - 4 years of M&A and /or Debt deal execution experience ideally from an investment bank or boutique advisory or Accountancy firm within Corporate Finance / M&A Team.
  • An enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in the Real Estate sector
  • Must have strong ability to analyse and value companies, particularly in the context of real estate, financial performance, strategic relevance, and market attractiveness.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from pitch to completion
  • Solid financial modelling and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
  • A positive, proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
