As a Project Leader you will take a hands on approach to guiding design, managing delivery, and nurturing client relationships. You will drive project performance from early fee proposals through to construction and close out, ensuring work is delivered with clarity, efficiency, and innovation


Responsibilities:


  • Develop fee structures and scopes for new opportunities
  • Plan and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, delegating effectively and offering mentorship
  • Guide design development, technical ideation, and material selections
  • Oversee construction phase documentation including RFIs, submittals, and clarifications
  • Prepare and present design, technical, and strategic information to stakeholders
  • Coordinate consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery
  • Identify and resolve technical and code related issues
  • Maintain quality assurance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support business development through networking and strong client service


Skills and Experience:


  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 10+ years in commercial design with at least 5 years in workplace interiors
  • Strong conceptual design, space planning, and detailing portfolio
  • High proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of construction processes
  • Experience managing consultants, fees, schedules, and client relationships
  • Knowledge of codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The right to live and work in the UK
