A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Team PA to support its Senior Partner and play a key role within a growing area of the firm. This is a high‑profile, fast‑paced position offering exceptional exposure and the chance to work closely with senior leadership.

The Role
As Senior Team PA, you will deliver proactive, professional and highly organised support to ensure the effective running of an exciting new team and the Senior Partner’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for the Senior Partner and key stakeholders
- Provide high‑level, tailored PA support with a proactive approach
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, scheduling and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, collate meeting packs, and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Manage detailed international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Lead the end-to-end billing process, including reports, draft bills and credit notes
- Support collections by drafting and sending client communications
- Oversee accounts payable, expenses and disbursements
- Manage client matter openings, conflict checks and liaise with Risk on due diligence
- Assist with annual partner processes and support ad‑hoc strategic projects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stakeholder contact information
- Produce high‑quality documents, formatting and redactions
- Attend training to become a “super-user” in key systems and processes
- Collaborate across practice groups and provide support during busy periods
About You
You’ll be confident, discreet, adaptable and trusted to operate at a senior level.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years’ PA experience in legal or professional services
- Secretarial qualifications desirable (RSA, Cilex, Legal Secretarial Diploma)
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong grammar, typing and proofreading accuracy
- High numerical competence
