Senior Proposition Manager

The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 Consumer brand who are looking for a Senior Propositions Manager.

The Senior Propositions Manager will be responsible for developing the proposition roadmap in line with the DTC strategy across both online and in-store.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a proposition roadmap in line with DTC strategy online and in-store.
• Develop measurement frameworks to track and analyse performance to optimise existing and deliver new propositions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis across consumer trends and benchmark across competitors.
• Gather requirements and analyse to identify and prioritise the proposition roadmap.
• Develop business cases, leading on commercial and contract negotiations with 3rd parties.
• Support and lead on projects from ideation through to delivery.
• Ensure synergy across all touchpoints and progress tracking to ensure continuous improvement.

Your background:

• At least 4 years of experience within a Propositions role within a DTC brand.
• End-to-end proposition development from ideation, business case and through to delivery.
• Strong exposure to ecommerce, trading, commercial, marketing and digital teams.
• Experience working in a multi-matrix organisation working with various levels of stakeholders.
