Job description

We are currently looking to connect with qualified lawyers interested in a range of interim in-house roles across the following areas:

• Restructuring & Insolvency
• Finance & Banking
• Corporate & M&A

These positions offer the opportunity to work on commercially driven, high-value transactions with exposure to complex, cross-border matters in fast-moving environments.

We are particularly interested in lawyers who:

• Are admitted in England & Wales
• Have experience in one or more of the above disciplines
• Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and transactional capability
• Are comfortable operating in dynamic, deal-focused settings
• Trained at recognised UK or international law firms
