Role Highlights

• No weekends or bank holidays required
• £48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
• 3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
• 5 weeks holiday
• Up to ca £54,000 p.a.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
• State of the art equipment

What You'll Need

• Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset
• Health and safety consciousness
• Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment
