We are currently hiring a Delivery Solutions Manager for a high growth business operating in the global ecommerce space, based in London (hybrid working model).


This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of delivery solutions across a global network, supporting a broad range of clients. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and reliable cross-border delivery for existing and customers.


You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, technology partners, and customers to deliver new solutions, improve existing services, and support business growth in a fast-paced international eCommerce environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery solution design and implementation for cross-border eCommerce clients
  • Lead the onboarding and launch of new delivery products, lanes, carriers, and services
  • Act as the bridge between commercial, operations, technology, and carrier partners
  • Manage delivery-related projects from concept through to live operation
  • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, service level expectations, and commercial targets
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to customs, compliance, capacity, cost, and service performance
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery performance, transit times, and cost efficiency
  • Define and maintain delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting
  • Support sales and account teams with delivery expertise during client pitches and solution design
  • Stay informed on market trends, carrier capabilities, and cross-border regulations


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or delivery solutions within online reatil, eCommerce or 3PL environments
  • Good understanding of international shipping, last-mile delivery, carriers, and customs processes
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery projects
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, service, and scalability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working with logistics or eCommerce technology platforms is highly desirable
