London | ⏱ Full-time, 48 hrs

£48,000 – £50,000


We’re currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a quality-driven, fine dining French kitchen group in London.

This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef with a strong fine dining background and solid knowledge of classical French cuisine, who is confident supporting the Head Chef and helping run a structured, professional brigade. The kitchens focus on refined technique, premium produce, and consistency, with high standards at every level.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Sous Chef experience in fine dining (essential)
  • Strong background in French cuisine
  • Confident running sections and supporting brigade management
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of fine dining standards
  • Calm, professional, and team-focused approach
