Civil Litigation Solicitor

A growing legal services group is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join its new Civil Litigation team in Chester. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, shape a brand‑new workstream, and mentor junior paralegals.

What You’ll Do

• Run your own caseload of car finance (PCP) mis‑selling claims
• Supervise and develop two junior paralegals
• Help build and refine processes for a brand-new department
• Improve client service across the workflow
• Work closely with an onsite Ops Manager and a remote legal manager

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor
• Confident supervising junior staff
• Experience in financial mis‑selling/debt recovery — or keen to learn
• Strong organisation and a proactive mindset
• Supportive, approachable leadership style
