We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a fine dining, French-led kitchen in London.

This role is ideal for a confident Senior Sous Chef with a strong fine dining background, capable of supporting the Head Chef and taking ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations within a structured, high-standard environment. The kitchen focuses on classical technique, premium produce, and consistency.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Senior Sous Chef experience in fine dining (essential)
