Rise are working with is a fast-growing premium consumer brand who are on a mission to expand their offering on a global scale. They are looking to appoint a creative and commercially minded, Social Media Manager to help scale the brand presence and build meaningful collaborations.


In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll own and manage all social media channels end-to-end, creating engaging content, and building a strong online presence for the brand and developing partnerships that expand brand reach, visibility, credibility, and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy aligned with the brand and growth goals.
  • Own content planning, scheduling, and publishing across all social platforms
  • Brief and manage content creation (internal or external creatives)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage community engagement and grow an active, loyal audience.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on marketing insights.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Track partnership ROI and report on performance.
  • Represent the brand in external collaborations and events.


Key requirements for the role

  • Proven experience in social media
  • Strong track record of growing social channels and engagement
  • Experience negotiating and managing brand partnerships.
  • Preferred experience within hospitality and food-related industries
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to measure ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
