Leveraged Finance Associate

Job description

An elite US firm in London is seeking a Leverage Finance Associate (4 PQE) to join its high-performing banking team.

The group advises major private equity sponsors, direct lenders, and investment banks on complex cross-border leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and recapitalisations. You’ll work in a lean team on high-profile deals across Europe and beyond.

Key requirements:

• 4+ years’ PQE at a top-tier UK or US firm
• Strong leveraged/acquisition finance experience
• England & Wales or other common law qualified
• Excellent academic background
