I’m supporting a global Microsoft partner on the search for an experienced Dynamics 365FO Functional Solution Architect to join their growing team. The organisation operates across Asia, Europe and North America, delivering innovative, scalable, Dynamics 365–embedded solutions for the real estate sector.

⭐ The Role

You’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle — from presales and solution shaping through to implementation, testing and go-live.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in multicultural teams, and is confident leading multiple projects in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to presales activities, estimates and high‑level project plans
• Act as the ambassador of project methodology and best practice
• Validate solution approaches and deliver solution designs & strategy
• Lead the solution lifecycle from analysis → design → build → test → deployment
• Work closely with BAs, PMs, developers, testers and architects
• Ensure solutions meet functional & non‑functional requirements
• Coordinate with enterprise/domain/technical architects for architectural consistency
• Support and mentor implementation teams
• Manage multiple implementation projects (small-to-large scale)

⭐ What You Need

• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365FO Finance
• Hands-on experience delivering D365FO ERP implementations
• Experience defining integration, data migration & security strategies
• Knowledge of Dual Write / Common Data Service integrations
• Familiarity with Azure, Power BI, DevOps and RSAT
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage large accounts and build strong relationships
• Comfortable working independently across multiple tasks
• Experience in multicultural environments and European time zones
• Curious, proactive, positive mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English
