The role will offer exposure to a variety of commercial and education projects, combining both professional and project-based surveying work. Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Building Surveyor Job Overview:

As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project-led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential.


Building Surveyor Job Requirements:

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar

• 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment

• Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)

• Experience with professional and project-based surveying work

• Strong technical report writing and communication skills

• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
