Job Title: SAP Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Hybrid – Remote / The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits


About the role

In this role, you’ll use your experience to identify, engage, and place high-quality SAP professionals into global contract opportunities. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
  • Format and prepare CVs for client submission
  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database
  • Maintain accurate candidate and activity records
  • Develop and manage long-term candidate relationships
  • Support contract and fixed-term hiring requirements
  • Gather market intelligence and potential leads from candidate conversations
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager and Sales Consultant to understand current and upcoming resourcing needs


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with international markets and SAP technologies is a strong advantage.


Desirable Experience

  • Background in IT or technology recruitment
  • Experience recruiting contract or fixed-term roles
  • Exposure to SAP or ERP recruitment
