Job description

We are supporting a boutique construction consultancy working with a specialist masterplan developer delivering large-scale, multi-phase residential civils masterplan schemes across the UK. This is a high-impact planning role where you will take ownership of programme strategy across complex civils and infrastructure schemes.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master programmes for multi-phase developments
  • Break down utilities, drainage, and infrastructure packages to enable efficient phased delivery of residential developments
  • Review and challenge contractor programmes as they come on board
  • Analyse dependencies, resource allocation, and phasing, to advise on efficient delivery of multiple packages


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a construction planner working on residential masterplans, with a backdrop of utilities, drainage, or master site development
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Projects or Asta
  • Experience from either a contractor or consultancy background
  • Ability to assess contractor schedules and plan phased infrastructure delivery
