As a Conference Producer at IQPC, you'll lead the curation of international industry-leading events, fostering interactions between Fortune 1000 brands and solution providers. Your role involves using a consultative approach to understand organizational challenges, creating customized conference agendas that address industry needs. These invitation-only conference and networking events facilitate face-to-face interactions, pre-qualified lead generation, thought leadership, networking, and brand awareness in niche markets, providing efficient solutions for both end users and service/solution providers.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Conference Producer, you will be developing, managing and delivering events with outstanding content and exceptional customer experience, enabling business leaders to drive innovation within their companies.

  • Produce 3-4 events per year
  • Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
  • Create cutting edge agendas and recruit executive level speakers
  • Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
  • Project manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
  • Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally to represent IQPC and support an outstanding customer experience.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3 years experience of commercial conference production
  • Proven ability to achieve deadlines
  • Self-motivated with great time management skills
  • Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
  • Strong copy writing – able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences
  • Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
  • Effective collaborator and team player
  • Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
