Senior Consultant – Total Reward & Work & Career Architecture

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead integrated projects that shape how entire organisations understand work and reward.

You will:

• Deliver combined Work & Career Architecture + Total Reward engagements
• Design and refine job architectures, evaluation frameworks, and reward structures
• Link work measurement to fair and competitive pay models
• Facilitate workshops that make complex frameworks simple, intuitive and actionable
• Partner with colleagues across Consulting, Reward and Organisation Design to bring joined‑up solutions to life

What You Bring

You’re a hybrid thinker with a passion for structure, reward and clarity.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience spanning reward and work/career architecture
• Strong analytical capability and systems thinking
• Confidence leading client discussions, workshops and delivery
• A consulting background — or in‑house experience with similar complexity
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a love of solving people‑and‑work challenges
