My client is one of the UK's largest legal service providers in the residential property sector. Due to their growth and success, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
- Support organisational change and development initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance HR policies and systems.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Salary £40K-£45K
Location – Maidenhead (Hybrid)
