Our client, a modern fashion brand offering stylish, high-quality clothing and tailored pieces, are looking for a talented Footwear & Accessories Technologist to lead the development of our collections. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing category, bringing creativity, precision, and technical expertise to every product.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end technical development process, from design concept through to final production. You will collaborate closely with design and buying teams to translate creative ideas into commercially viable, technically excellent products. You will oversee fit sessions, wear trials, and product testing to ensure exceptional comfort, durability, and finish.

You will also work directly with suppliers and factories, ensuring precise execution, consistency, and adherence to our sustainability commitments. Maintaining detailed tech packs, specifications, and processes will be key to delivering efficiency and accuracy across the development pipeline.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in luxury footwear and/or accessories, expert knowledge of materials and construction techniques, and a perfectionist eye for detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills, combined with a passion for innovation and delivering an elevated customer experience, are essential to thrive in this role.
