Programme Manager – Custody Change

Permanent | London | 4 days a week onsite

We’re working with a leading global custodian to find an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of their custody change portfolio. This is a pivotal, highly visible role where you’ll sit at the centre of transformation across the business.

You won’t just be running projects — you’ll be shaping how change happens.

From regulatory and market-driven initiatives to operating model improvements, technology upgrades, and client transitions, you’ll oversee a broad and evolving portfolio of custody change. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum, ensuring priorities are aligned and delivery is disciplined — while keeping stakeholders engaged and confident.

This role suits someone who enjoys complexity and thrives in a global, matrixed environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Client teams, translating strategy into executable programmes and making sure delivery teams are set up to succeed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience delivering large-scale change within custody or securities services
• A solid understanding of global custody operations and market infrastructure
• Experience navigating regulatory or market-driven change
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
• A calm, pragmatic approach to managing risk, dependencies and competing priorities
