Court of Protection Solicitor - Cheshire - Up to £65,000


We’re delighted to be working with a leading Legal 500 firm specialising in Court of Protection work. As the team continues to grow, they’re looking for a dedicated Solicitor to join their highly respected department.


You’ll handle a diverse Court of Protection caseload and work closely with clients, families, and professional networks to deliver exceptional support. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career in a progressive and supportive environment.



The Candidate

  • Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
  • Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous
  • Highly Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
  • Proven ability to navigate complex legal matters and manage high-value cases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to show business development
  • Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
