Wealth Management Report Writer - Paraplanner — Global Remote Opportunity

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Report Writer / Paraplanner to join the advisory team in a fully remote, global role. You will support financial advisors and wealth managers by preparing detailed financial plans, research and client reporting. This is an excellent role for a technically strong, organised paraplanner comfortable working independently across time zones.


Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyse client financial situations, investment options and market trends.

- Prepare accurate, client-ready financial reports, plans and recommendations.

- Assist in designing and implementing personalised financial strategies.

- Produce suitability reports, model portfolios and supporting documentation for advisors.

- Maintain client file documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM.

- Liaise with advisors to clarify requirements and support client meetings.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards; keep up-to-date with relevant rules.

- Support ad-hoc projects and client onboarding processes as required.


Required Experience & Skills

- Proven experience as a Wealth Management Report Writer / Paraplanner within financial services or wealth management.

- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products.

- Proficient with financial planning software and CRM systems.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong written communication.

- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Relevant industry qualifications advantageous.


Desirable

- Experience supporting advisors focused on high-net-worth clients.

- Knowledge of model portfolios, tax-efficient planning or alternative investments.

- Additional languages and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
