An established, employee-owned Independent Financial Advisory firm is seeking a Senior Chartered Financial Planner to join its expanding Midlands team.
This is a rare opportunity to work with an existing portfolio of High Net Worth clients within a firm that combines technical excellence, long-term thinking and a genuinely collaborative culture. With structured growth plans in place, the successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of the region.
The Opportunity
- Advise a portfolio of High Net Worth and affluent private clients
- Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, retirement, estate and tax- efficient strategies
- Utilise detailed cashflow modelling to support long-term planning
- Work within a highly professional, well-supported advisory framework
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Midlands presence

About You
- Level 4 qualified, ideally chartered
- Experienced advising HNW clients within a UK-regulated IFA environment
- Technically strong with a holistic planning mindset
- Commercially astute and relationship-driven
- Interested in long-term progression and potential ownership
