An established, employee-owned Independent Financial Advisory firm is seeking a Senior Chartered Financial Planner to join its expanding Midlands team.


This is a rare opportunity to work with an existing portfolio of High Net Worth clients within a firm that combines technical excellence, long-term thinking and a genuinely collaborative culture. With structured growth plans in place, the successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of the region.


The Opportunity

  • Advise a portfolio of High Net Worth and affluent private clients
  • Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, retirement, estate and tax- efficient strategies
  • Utilise detailed cashflow modelling to support long-term planning
  • Work within a highly professional, well-supported advisory framework
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the Midlands presence

About You

  • Level 4 qualified, ideally chartered
  • Experienced advising HNW clients within a UK-regulated IFA environment
  • Technically strong with a holistic planning mindset
  • Commercially astute and relationship-driven
  • Interested in long-term progression and potential ownership
