We’re supporting an innovative trading platform as they expand their Operations team. If you have experience in trading operations, middle office, or regulatory reporting - this is a chance to step into a high‑impact role within a tech‑driven environment.


As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily trading activity across the venue. You’ll work closely with Technology, Product, and Compliance teams to maintain strong operational controls, support clients, and help deliver continuous improvements across the platform.


What You’ll Do

  • Support daily trading operations + smooth trade‑flow execution
  • Assist client onboarding (KYC/AML, data validation, system setup)
  • Monitor key controls: pre‑trade, transparency, transaction reporting
  • Perform reconciliations & maintain accurate operational records
  • Act as first‑line support for trade‑flow issues
  • Collaborate with Compliance on audits + market notifications
  • Contribute to Market Abuse Monitoring
  • Produce operational MI and support UAT for platform changes


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in trading ops, middle office, regulatory reporting, or a trading venue
  • Understanding of the trade lifecycle + market data
  • Knowledge (or desire to develop) across FCA, MiFID II, MAR, AML/CTF
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent communication
  • Detail‑focused, proactive, calm under pressure
