ServiceNow Change Manager (Enterprise ESM) – 12-month FTC

London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

VIQU have partnered with a global professional services organisation delivering a major enterprise-wide transformation programme.

As part of a firmwide Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation powered by ServiceNow, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change Manager to drive structured adoption across the business.

This role sits within a central Enterprise PMO, reporting to the Change Specialist Lead, and supports a portfolio of initiatives under a Chief Transformation function.

The Role

This is a high-visibility role focused on embedding structured, measurable change across a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.

You will:

• Lead change activity across a large-scale ServiceNow ESM implementation
• Deliver stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and business readiness
• Drive post-go-live adoption and measurable engagement
• Manage change agent networks
• Apply and enhance change governance within an established delivery framework
• Monitor cross-programme change impacts and escalate risk appropriately
• Partner closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders

Role Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale business change
• Strong background supporting mid-to-large ServiceNow implementations
• Experience within ESM or enterprise platform programmes
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of change frameworks and full project lifecycle
• PROSCI desirable
• Professional services experience advantageous
