We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most successful and well-established logistics organisations to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of technology and business strategy, supporting large-scale operations within a complex, fast-moving environment.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic link between IT and key business functions, ensuring that technology initiatives align with operational goals and long-term growth plans.

You will:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and prioritise technology roadmaps
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables
  • Drive governance, risk management, and delivery standards across programmes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation
  • Ensure effective communication between IT teams and operational leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working within large, complex corporate environments
  • Strong project management background (across multiple IT domains)
  • Experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership interaction
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (infrastructure, applications, security, data)


Experience within logistics, supply chain, transport, or similarly operationally intensive industries would be advantageous but not essential.
