Internal Recruiter (x2) – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

London – Moorgate (2 days per week onsite)

Immediate start required

£45-50,000 pa

We are partnering exclusively with a highly respected professional membership organisation based in London who are entering a significant period of organisational change and transformation.

As part of this transition, they are hiring two experienced Internal Recruiters to join on an initial 6-month fixed term contract to support restructuring, rehiring and internal mobility across key business functions.

This is an opportunity to operate as a true talent partner within a well-established institution.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, with a particular focus on finance and membership teams.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer
• Partner effectively with hiring managers during a period of change
• Support internal moves and redeployment processes
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Proactively source talent through direct methods and networks
• Provide insight, challenge and guidance to stakeholders

This role requires someone confident, credible and comfortable operating in an evolving environment.

About You

You will have:

• Proven experience working as an in-house recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to properly brief and challenge where necessary
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (finance exposure advantageous)
• A proactive approach to sourcing and talent pipelining
• The ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-moving environment
• Confidence and presence — someone who can build trust quickly
• Experience supporting organisations through transformation or change would be highly beneficial.

• 6 month fixed term contract
• 2 days per week onsite in Moorgate
