About the role (Retail experience is a must):
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our private label products. We have a few private label brands (www.meetlola.co), Pixie (meetpixie.com), BLND and NOOM. This role will work cross-functionally with sourcing, design, marketing, operations, and sales to build competitive, high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive profitability.
You will own product strategy from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring our private label portfolio is differentiated, compliant, and commercially successful.

Reporting to the CEO as a Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to develop new products to drive new revenue for the company.

You will own product strategy from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring our private label portfolio is differentiated, compliant, and commercially successful.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product roadmap for private label categories based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Identify product opportunities and gaps to expand and improve the private label portfolio.
- Conduct competitive analysis and pricing benchmarking.
Product Development
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, specification, sourcing, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Work closely with suppliers and sourcing teams to define product specifications, cost targets, and quality standards.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing on positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to manage forecasts, lead times, and inventory planning.
- Work with design and branding teams to ensure consistent brand identity across private label products.
Commercial Performance
- Own P&L or category performance metrics including revenue, margin, and sell-through.
- Monitor product performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data and customer feedback to iterate and optimize the product range.
Stakeholder Management
- Align internal teams and external partners around product priorities and timelines.
- Present product plans and performance updates to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, category management, or private label development.
- Experience working with suppliers/manufacturers (preferably in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing margins, pricing, and product profitability.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Must have retail exerince
- Experience in private label, retail, or D2C businesses.
- Knowledge of product compliance, quality assurance, and certifications (e.g., CE, FDA, ISO, etc., depending on category).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
