Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management across high-value, bespoke projects
• Mentor and manage a small, talented team, supporting professional growth
• Oversee cost planning, forecasting, valuations, and contractual matters
• Provide strategic advice on procurement, risk, and contract administration
• Act as a key client-facing representative, ensuring quality and commercial excellence
• Drive efficiency, innovation, and best practice across the office

About You:

• MRICS-qualified with strong experience on high-value, complex projects
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team
• Confident in client-facing, commercial, and contractual roles
• Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of delivering excellence consistently
• Committed to working on-site full time in Liverpool
